I usually stick to what they are known for - the pancakes and the soup dumplings (their other bao is also fun and a quick filler). Forawhile i did takeout from them and they would argue with me about the amount of food i was ordering (i'd get 3 days worth) - but then i told them it was for a party (they truly thought i was nuts for ordering 6 differnet items) and they got all happy.
